I bought this necklace as a Christmas gift for my 15 year old & it will be her first proper piece of real gold jewellery. She asked for a charm necklace with MEANING & then happily left the task of finding it to me. I spent at least a month & many, many hours trawling the internet to find just the right one. Every now & then I would come across something that I thought she might like but which she never did. I was really starting to despair UNTIL I discovered EME IVANY. The website looked extremely professional & was very easy to navigate. It has a beautiful, specially curated feel to it. Also appealing was the fact that even though the business is based in Hong Kong & I was ordering from Ireland, all prices were displayed in euro inclusive of all taxes, import duties & delivery. When I showed my daughter the charm necklace option she IMMEDIATELY loved it & then it was only a matter of deciding which charms to choose & where to place them. Before placing the order I checked the reviews on the website - they were all from very satisfied customers, but there weren't many so I was a bit concerned that the business might not be real. However, a brief internet search revealed an EME IVANY instagram account which also looked very professional. Reassured I placed the order, but then for some reason my bank would not validate the transaction & payment would not go through. I contacted EME IVANY customer service & they could not have been more helpful. Finally, using a different payment type, the transaction was successful. A couple of weeks later the necklace arrived. It was delivered by courier, carefully wrapped & beautifully presented. The necklace itself is gorgeous, excellent quality & exactly as we imagined. The charms are dainty & perfect. I am so glad that I ordered from EME IVANY & would not hesitate to purchase from them again in the future. Thank you EME IVANY!
