At EME IVANY, each piece is carefully handcrafted to be cherished for a lifetime. To keep our items accessible, we maintain very thin margins. 14-Day Return Guarantee
Eligible items, marked "14-day return" on the product page, qualify for a return within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after inspection. Shipping fees, taxes, and duties are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items
 We cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Custom, personalized, or bespoke pieces.

  • Items not marked "14-day return" on the product page.

  • Sale, clearance, or final sale items.

 Please contact us before ordering if you're unsure about an item's return eligibility.

Return Conditions
 To qualify for a refund, returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unaltered, and in original condition.

  • Have all original tags attached.

  • Returned in original packaging.
     Items not meeting these conditions will be rejected and returned at your expense.

How to Return an Item?

We will reply within 1-2 business days with return instructions and the shipping address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as EME IVANY is not liable for items lost, delayed, or damaged in transit. Once received and approved, your refund will be issued within 7-10 business days.

Faulty or Defective Items
If you believe your item has a manufacturing error, contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and, if approved, provide return instructions. Damage from normal wear and tear, accidents, or improper care is not considered a defect.

Final Determination
 EME IVANY reserves the right to make the final decision on all return and refund eligibility, balancing fairness with the integrity of our handmade products.
