What We Cover (3-Year Warranty)
 This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

  • Examples: Structural breakage (e.g., clasp solder point), loose prongs, or malfunctioning components (e.g., spring ring clasp).

What We Don't Cover
 Damage from accidents, neglect, normal wear and tear, or external modifications is not covered.

  • Exclusions Include:
  • Accidents/Mishandling: Bent rings, broken chains from pulling, chipped/cracked stones from impact.
  • Normal Wear & Tear: Scratches, dents, gold layer thinning on vermeil, natural oxidation/patina.
  • Loss of Stones: Any lost gemstone, diamond, or pearl.
  • Third-Party Damage: Damage from repairs or modifications by jewelers other than EME IVANY.
  • Lack of Care/Misuse: Damage from chemicals, sleeping in jewelry, rigorous activities, or failure to follow care instructions.
  • Intentional damage or alteration.

How to Request Warranty Service

  1. Submit Claim: Email hello@emeivany.com with "Warranty Claim – [Your Order Number]," including your order number, full name, clear photos/video of the issue, and a brief description.
  2. Assessment & Authorization: Our team will contact you within 3-5 business days to assess coverage.
  • Covered: We'll authorize repair and provide shipping instructions (customer pays shipping to us, EME IVANY covers return shipping).
  • Not Covered: We'll provide a repair cost estimate (customer pays all shipping).
  • Shipping & Repair: Once received, jewelers will repair or replace the item. You'll be notified upon completion and shipment.

Post-Warranty Repair Service

Replating Service for Gold Vermeil
