I had so many doubts/questions and founder Ivy patiently attended to me the entire time. It was also over Chinese New Year that I enquired and ordered, but she replied so quick!

I was unsure about the placement of charms and Ivy was super helpful. The design feature to personalise the necklace was my favourite part, it shows you what the necklace would look like in real life and you can play around with different placements. 😍

The 14K solid gold personalised necklace is on made-to-order basis, and I just wanna say - it’s 101% worth the wait. It’s so carefully crafted and shiny!! 💖 Look at how it sparkles 😍

I received my order in just one day even though it’s an international order. Ivy also reached out and made sure that I’ve received it.
