Shipping Cost:
We offer free standard shipping for orders above US$100 and free express shipping for orders above USD$280.

If recipient's location cannot be reached through standard postal services, an additional fee will be applied for express shipping. If express shipping is also unable to deliver the package, a refund will be issued for the order.
Shipping time:
Orders are dispatched within 7 business days. For "made to order" products, please reserve 10 to 15 business days for the product to be dispatched. (Weekends and public holidays are excluded)
International Taxes and Duties:
Duties and taxes are included in the price. No additional charges on delivery.
Refused Packages:
If an order is not received due to negligence on the part of the recipient (e.g., incorrect delivery information or delayed import tax payment), a refund will be issued once the package is received by our warehouse. Please note that the cost of shipping to and from the destination country will be deducted from the total refunded amount.
Lost Packages:
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at hello@emeivany.com, and we will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly.
